WINTER CARNIVAL: Snow Park

The Snow Park at the Fair is presented by the St. Paul Vulcans.  Snow sculptures will be ready for viewing Saturday, January 27 through Sunday, Febryary 3 at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds, 1265 N Snelling Ave, Saint Paul, MN 55108.
