Volunteers are needed to help plant trees

Are you looking for a way to give back and make the Twin Cities even more beautiful?  This Saturday, May 21 the Nordic Ski Foundation is planting 50 trees in Wirth Park.  Dig, plant, mulch, water – there is something that everyone can help out with.
Details:
  • This Saturday, May 21 at 9am.
  • Meet at Glenwood and Xerxes Avenue (where the old tennis courts are).
  • Park on Xerxes as there is construction at Wirth Beach.
  • Bring work gloves, shovels, pick axes, wheel barrows and a good back!
