The Great Yoga Reconnection Event
The Great Yoga Reconnection Event – An International Yoga Day Celebration will take place at Union Depot on Saturday, June 18 from 9 AM to 1 PM—just a few days before International Yoga Day on Tuesday, June 21. Located at Union Depot’s North Plaza, the event is FREE and open to the public.
The festivities will provide opportunities for attendees to recharge their bodies and minds, including three live yoga classes taught by Studio 9-to-5 instructors. These classes will each incorporate a different style of yoga. Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and towel, if needed, for the fitness-focused classes.
Healthy living will be a central theme at the event. Event visitors will be able to purchase locally made wellness products at an onsite marketplace. Offerings from the vendors will range from fitness clothing and meal plans to soaps and candles.
Attendees will enjoy live music and activities throughout the day. Guitarist Joel Shapira and DJ Kirkabee will perform at the event’s yoga classes, creating an ideal ambiance for self-rejuvenation. There will also be a package giveaway for a yoga mat, Union Depot gear and other items valued at $100
