It’s FREE to attend The Public Theater of Minnesota’s production of Romeo & Juliet this July in St. Louis Park.  If you would like to obtain premier seating, Goldstar is offering VIP seating for $2 a ticket.

One of Shakespeare’s most heartbreaking and accessible tales, Romeo and Juliet is a poignant illustration of the way human conflict can lead to unnecessary tragedy. The title characters are two adolescents swept up in the overwhelming passion of young love. An ongoing war between their two families results in elopement, scandal and thrilling duels to the death. The young lovers’ intricate plan to be together in spite of their feuding families and Juliet’s arranged marriage goes disastrously awry, leading to a heartbreaking conclusion.
