Recap: MPLS Swappers Food Swap!
Yesterday was the first Minneapolis Swappers Food Swap event! This event was absolutely fantastic. We met many wonderful people, tried some amazing homemade food and got to take home some goodies. This event was really nicely organized and I highly recommend attending if you bake, can, brew, harvest or create in some sort of fashion. Some of my favorite products people brought to try and swap included: honey, limoncello, spices, salsa, pickles, homemade pasta, ginger beer and toffee. We even got to take some homemade catnip toys for our kitties!
The event was a huge success and the event’s organizer, Kim Christensen, hopes to hold a swap every other month. To get updates and additional information, visit her blog or Facebook page for the MPLS Swappers.
