Pickle bucket boat races are happening this weekend!

This Saturday White Bear Lake will be the place to see some good ol’ pickle bucket boat races sponsored by the Lions Club!

What is it? Spend some quality time with your family, friends and neighbors and build yourself or your crew a boat out of pickle buckets. That’s right…pickle buckets!! Last year we had some amazing boats and a good time was had by all.

When is it? Saturday June 18th, 2011 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Don’t wait until then though, register today so you can get your buckets and begin building the yacht of your dreams!

Where is it? Ramsey Beach on White Bear Lake (the North side of the Lake).

Registration is $50 if you want to race your “boat” but it’s free to watch.
