The St. Paul Winter Carnival

The St. Paul Winter Carnival kicks off January 23, 2020 and goes through February 2, 2020.  This carnival has been named the #4 winter carnival in the WORLD by National Geographic!  There are too many awesome events to list but my top, budget-friendly picks include:

• Ice sculpture viewing
• Snow sculpture viewing at Rice Park & more at the State Fair Grounds
• The Saintly City Cat Show
• St. Paul Civic Symphony Concert
• Bar stool ski races
• Winter Carnival Parade & Fireworks
