Met Opera National Council Auditions

The Met Opera Auditions are one of my favorite events of the year!  Although I attend operas from the MN Opera, there’s just something about the intensity of an audition and the smaller venue that make these auditions incredible experiences to witness.  I highly recommend you attend!

The Metropolitan Opera Auditions Committee for the Upper Midwest invites you to attend the Minnesota District Auditions on November 17 at 10AM on the main stage of the Ordway in St. Paul.

Judges Greer Grimsley, Dona Vaughn, and Carroll Freeman are set to hear over 20 singers as they compete for cash prizes and advancement to the Upper Midwest Regional Auditions on February 2, 2013 also at the Ordway.
