Lululemon at Mall of America is sponsoring a free self-defense class on March 27, 2011.

Hwa Rang Do Minneapolis Academy Owner and Instructor Dylan Sirny along with other staff will be leading us through self-defense techniques and concepts and a sweaty good workout!
