America’s Next Great Restaurant is open in Minneapolis

Soul Daddy, the winner of NBC’s America’s Next Great Restaurant is now open for business at the Mall of America.  This restaurant features healthy soul food like slow cooked meats, sweet potato salad and whole wheat biscuts, while skipping on the gooey mac and cheese and greasy fried chicken.   Meals are reasonably priced ($5 for a pulled pork sandwich, $9 for a baked herb chicken meal including bread and two sides).  For a full review, click here.
