A 3 course gourmet menu for $10?!

Thanks to this Thrillist article, I just learned about the Technique restaurant in Mendota Heights.  At this restaurant, you can receive a 3 course, gourmet meal prepared by students of Le Courdon Bleu cooking school for 10 bucks.

We present a straightforward menu inspired by classic techniques, giving our students the opportunity to practice what they have learned in the craft of fine cookery. The focus is cooking with simplicity and elegance, using the finest ingredients culled from high quality, sustainable local sources.
