Minneapolis Olfactory Bicycle Tour

Artist Peter Haakon Thompson and his nose lead a bicycle tour of the smells of Minneapolis. Thompson invites us to explore scent as a way to discover/rediscover the city, ferreting out the impacts of smell on place, experience and memory. Stops include the Southeast Steam Plant, a Somali spice store and a fax-copy-computer smelling exhaust vent of a local office building, among others.
