Cinema in the Cemetery

Watch the movie Poltergeist in the historic Minneapolis Pioneers & Soldiers Memorial Cemetery.

Come early to experience the historic cemetery and a smart phone history hunt.

Taco Taxi food truck will sell refreshments during the event. No coolers or alcoholic beverages, pets or video-taping allowed. Blankets and lawn chairs are welcome. Area immediately in front of the stage will be a chair-free zone.

The proceeds from the event will help support the Friends of the Cemetery’s efforts to restore the steel picket and limestone fence that serves as the border of the cemetery along Lake Street and Cedar Avenue.
