Alchemy Grand Opening

Alchemy group fitness is hosting a super grand opening extravaganza this weekend. Alchemy is yoga blended with cardio and crossfit.  It’s definitely a tough workout but it is easy enough to go at your own pace.

This free event features:

• Hot coffee from Spyhouse Coffee NE and mini donuts from Angel Food MN.
• FREE classes on the hour at 9am, 10am, 11am, and noon with live DJ Omaur Bliss!
• Ribbon cutting ceremony at 1pm with Councilman Jacob Frey.
