Make a Seed Bomb & Restore a Prairie

If you like digging in the dirt, your help is needed to make seed bombs! Conservation Corps Minnesota will help you measure and mix clay, compost, native seed and water, then shape the mixture into walnut-size balls that will be placed in egg cartons to dry. Later they will be planted by Conservation Corps youth in parks, prairie restoration areas or rain gardens. Gloves will be provided. Participants will receive a free REI volunteer t-shirt too!
