The bygone glamour of one of Italy’s most famous men, fashion designer Valentino Garavani, is explored for the first time in this documentary. Filmed in Paris, Rome, and Venice, the movie follows Garavani through fashion shows, business deals, and private life during the two years that he and partner Giancarlo Giammetti prepared for the 2006 Spring/Summer Collection in Paris and a July 2007 retrospective of Valentino’s 45-year career, which included dressing Jacqueline Kennedy.
