These days, we all know someone eating gluten-free, and it can be tough for bakers to figure out how to make tasty treats for those avoiding wheat. Fortunately, Kitchen Window is here to help! In this seminar, you’ll learn about alternative flours, flour blends, and other fundamentals of gluten-free baking that will enable you to make a variety of different baked goods for the gluten-free gourmand in your life. Sweet Buns!
Nothing says “good morning” quite like hot, fresh, CINNAMON ROLLS. This hands-on class will give you the motivation and confidence to “rise and shine” in the kitchen. First, you’ll learn to make basic sweet dough before moving on to roll-forming. Once mastered, you can create anything from cinnamon raisin rolls to classic caramel pecan rolls – even savory rolls like bacon, sausage and leeks.
