Minnesota Biennial

The 2014 Minnesota Biennial is a juried exhibition featuring the work of 36 artists from within the Twin Cities to parts Outstate. Through a blind process, a panel of three jurors selected the finalists from a total of 377 applications. Selections were made based on artist’s resume, a one-page artist’s statement, and images of existing artwork. A showcase of the many different and unique forms that artistic ingenuity takes in Minnesota, the 2014 Minnesota Biennial is poised to be a remarkable mixture of paintings, photography, sculpture, installation, ceramics, and other forms.
