Beer School Fall Semester

Better Beer Society is pleased to announce the upcoming fall semester of BBSU (Better Beer Society University). Class will begin on September 3rd, and the semester will run for 12 weeks. Campus will once again be located at Republic Seven Corners, and this semester will consist of two sessions (first session is at 6pm, second session is at 7:30pm). Both will be one-hour long courses.

Our goal is to educate students on all aspects of the beer industry, from brewery production, retail and distributing, understanding beer laws, to exploring the agricultural side of hop farming and malting.

We also teach you how to explore your palate, learn to taste properly, cook with beer, as well as create your own pairings.

Students are treated to some very exclusive and interesting beer styles each and every week. In addition, students are offered an inside-look into industry operations as we embark on a special field trip.

Tuition cost for BBSU fall semester is $78.62 (which equates to about $6 /class, or roughly the cost of a beer).

They encourage new students to enroll early for their preferred time slot, as space is extremely limited, and last semester sold out very quickly.
