Be’Wiched co-owners and chefs, Matthew Bickford and Mike Ryan, both have experience working under James Beard Award nominees, and spend as much time choosing great ingredients as they do transforming them into gourmet sandwiches. They cure and smoke meats in-house, using only humanely-raised cuts that are free of hormones and antibiotics. Produce comes from locals like Farmer Bob, who personally delivers boxes of rhubarb and tomatoes.
