$5 Nordic cooking classes
Choose from the following options:
- April 11: Nordic Nights Sweeden – Nibble on Kroppkakor (filled potato dumplings), Svenska Köttbullar (Swedish meatballs) and Janssons Frestelse (potato and herring casserole). Reserve your spot.
- April 11: The New Nordic Diet – Cod with Cauliflower, Spelt and Spinach Stew, Frisée Salad and Country Style Pear Tart. Reserve your spot.
- April 12: Nordic Nights Norway – Enjoy lefse, gjetost (Norwegian cheese), pickled herring, Laksekabaret (salmon platter) and Frystekake (almond-cardamom cake). Reserve your spot.
- April 17: Nordic Nights Iceland – Endulge in Plokkfiskur Two Ways (creamy cod dish with potatoes), Rúgbraud (sweet molasses rye bread) and Berjaskyr (berries and Icelandic-style skyr from Star Thrower Farm). Reserve your spot.
Classes fill up quickly so reserve your spot soon if you are interested. All classes meet at Byerly’s in St. Louis Park. The registration fee for each class is $15 but you’ll receive a $10 gift card to Lunds & Byerly’s after the class.
