Warm up on a chilly Minnesota day with a tasty and unpretentious meal prepared by Birdhouse Owner Heidi Woodman and Executive Chef Jes Wermeister. Moderate portions and healthy vegetables are the new stars of the plate. Nosh on Hummus Winter Pâté with Toast, Jes’s Red Lentil Soup, Collard Greens with Caramelized Onions and BBQ Baked Beans.
