$5 cooking class: Apple Harvest Lunch

This Byerly’s cooking class will provide you with a plan for making use out of your autumn apple picking produce!

Culinary Shop Manager Joan Donatelle and Wines & Spirits Manager Jason Newell deliver fun and revelry while celebrating the apple harvest. Joan cooks up a menu demonstrating the apple’s versatility in both sweet and savory dishes. Toast to love, friendship, health, wealth and happiness as our beverage master pours perfect wine pairings. Featured recipes include: Endive Apple Salad, Braised Pork with Roasted Onions and Apples and French Apple Cake.
