And to celebrate that 55-year, 280-show legacy, they’re bringing back some all-time favorites for a best-of comedy revue. Founder Dudley Riggs kicked things off in 1961 with a recurring musical-comedy show that parodied Miss America, and by ’67, BNW was producing edgy topical shows like The Race Riot Revue: Hate Is a Summer Festival and The Lyndon Frolics: Great Fables for the Great Society.
