Free grilling classes at Kitchen Window

Uptown’s fabulous Kitchen Window is offering free grilling classes April 16-17.  Registration is required.

Learn how to make the most of your charcoal grill in this seminar hosted by the Kitchen Window Grillmasters. Good grilled food starts with a good understanding of your grill. We’ll give you a lesson in the basic anatomy and features of charcoal grills. We’ll talk about the importance of your grill’s design and construction, and discuss how the fuel source you choose can affect the flavor, aroma and texture of your grilled food. Our expert knowledge, tips and techniques will give you a better appreciation of the charcoal grill you have, or help you choose the perfect charcoal grill for your outdoor kitchen.
